Official Rules

SaltCreek Casino is a governmental enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. SaltCreek Casino is giving away Bonus Play to selected Patrons, for the “25% Payback Direct Mail Offer” promotion beginning at 12:00 am on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 to 11:59 pm Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
Patrons must be eighteen (18) years or older with a valid photo ID and must be a member of SaltCreek Casino Players Club with complete and accurate account information to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of SaltCreek Casino; employees of the Nation are prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies, regulations or laws; anyone who is currently barred from any of the Nation’s Gaming Facilities; or any Promotional Sponsors.
Every Monday and Tuesday from 8:00am on October 1, 2024 to 11:59pm on December 31, 2023 all Patron who are or become a SaltCreek Casino Players Club card member will be eligible to participate in the 25% Payback promotion.
- All Patrons who are actively playing on any participating electronic gaming device with their SaltCreek Casino card properly inserted, will be eligible to receive 25% of their combined losses of at least $40. The max amount of Bonus Play paid out will be $250.
- Certain games are excluded from this promotion, including but not limited to Electronic Craps, Electronic Roulette and all Casino Wizard titles.
- The qualified Patrons will receive a Direct Mail offer where the Payback will be in increments of $10 in Bonus Play each Monday and Tuesday. Bonus Play will be will be available two weeks after the qualifying visit.
- All Bonus Play is valid starting at 8:00 am Monday to 11:59 pm Tuesday each week.
- All incentive Bonus Play offers are non-cashable and non-transferable.
- Flash Play will expire 48 hours from activation and may not be used towards earning promotional points.
- SaltCreek Casino’s casino management system will be the sole controller of the 25% Payback deposit.
Selected patrons receiving offers via any direct marketing initiative will be able to redeem offers for additional entries and/or a single entry as specified on the offer.
Winners must provide a valid ID and Players Club Card to be deemed an official winner of any promotional drawings.
Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the Chickasaw Nation.
Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form.
Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by Nation in a manner deemed by Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any prize dispute resulting from game play, participants may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.
Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the tournament and a forfeiture of any prizes.
Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.
